5 Tips To Have A Healthy Heart, a prompt given by a dear friend to write a short poem on

1) Feel it. Feel all that your heart consumes. To be able to truly move on, feel it to the extent you no longer remain the same. Your heart is just a prism which gives out a peaceful white from all the colours of a rainbow it takes in. The 1st step towards Emotional Liberation is to let yourself feel.

2) Love, again. Everything will dissolve and nothing will ever matter if you can teach your heart how to love again, and again, and again, and discover the million other ways to show love, again. Love so much to have its prints in you as long as you can feel your soul. After all, you are YOU because of every footprint everyone in your life ever gave you.

3) Be courageous, to be broken, again. You’d be kidding if you thought that the universe owes not to break you again. The universe owes you nothing. Any soul which can love, care and smile is prone to be broken and so it is worth being broken. There’s intense grace in a broken heart, too.

4) Be kind. We’re all made up of the same matter that anyone in this universe is made up of. The universe resides in you and I, and so be kind.

5) Create Art, eat delicious food, always look up and gain hope again. Feed your soul with art, feed your taste buds every taste there ever is, look towards the peace of the starry sky and try to gain hope again. If you can be something, you’re still not nothing.
